Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns complete rights to the content; however, the writer retains authorship credit and may showcase the work in their portfolio. This agreement does not constitute ghostwriting; the writer’s contribution must be acknowledged where applicable.

Product Purchases – Refunds & Cancellations

All physical or digital products (including but not limited to paintings, artwork, prints, merchandise, and commissioned work) purchased through The Writer’s Voice are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. This policy ensures that every piece of art is created, handled, and delivered with the highest level of commitment and authenticity.
